Retail is not the number 1 job at the factory.  You are coming straight to the source which is great but please be aware the person showing you spas could suddenly be called away for an international call.  We love to sell direct but please understand it is not a normal retail store.

There are no high pressure salesment.  We do not have fake sales all the time.  The hot tub industry is full of  "today only" deals that are usually not true.

Some times we do have scratch and dent hot tubs.  When we do, they are visual blemishes not damaged mechanically.
